Donna Leonard, Chairman of the Easter Decoy Festival and Jean Boggs Clark, Director of the Chamber of Commerce talk about the decoy festival and the rich tradition of decoy carving on Chincoteague Island. The annual event is sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and has been held on Friday and Saturday of Easter Weekend for the past 30 years.
